We all have to live together so here are some guidelines for our shared conduct. Please respect them so we can all enjoy our complex equally and our investment in AquaNature will be well preserved.

Rental Unit Owners: Please print these guidelines and leave them your apartment for all your renters to follow.

  1. Keep elevators clean from water and liquids please. After the pool, clean your feet before entering the elevators. If you spill something, please clean it. Elevators are used often and it is easy for others to slip.
  2. Smoking is not allowed in elevators, in the common areas of the buildings or the gated pool area. We have two ashtrays installed by the pool entrance doors – use them for disposal of any cigarette butts.
  3. If you are smoking on your balcony, please ensure no ash is going below to your neighbors. People have clean laundry on their balconies and finding ash on is not pleasant.
  4. Do not use running water to clean your balcony or balcony glass. No water should be dripping down to your neighbors, soiling their balconies or laundry. The higher floor you are on, the more units you impact. Use only mops and sponges that do not streak water downstairs.
  5. Do not play your TV, audio system, etc. so loud that people at the pool can hear it. Please play at reasonable volume. There is no sound insulation between the floors so any loud noise from your unit and balcony will be heard by your neighbors. Please be mindful with the volumes.
  6. Install felt or rubber pads/feet on your furniture inside and outside. The people below you can hear every drag of your chair in the kitchen or the balcony as there is no sound insulation between the floors. For that reason, also please avoid walking in heels on tiled floors at night which is heard loud and clear bellow you.
  7. Do not slam apartment doors please as this is heard around the floor and by your neighbors below and above. Also during the summer, ensure you don’t have two doors/windows open to the outside at the same time which will cause internal door/window slamming.
  8. Any construction or loud banging noises should be done during daytime hours, after 10am and before 6pm.
  9. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet and nothing else. Do not dispose of baby diapers, large paper items or other such items in the toilets. This is clogging the building pipes and can cause a plumbing issue in the building as well as your unit.
  10. All garbage large and small should be disposed of at the big container bins provided by the city at the two sides of the city park. Please do NOT leave any garbage on the ground floor, the garage or the pool area. Also, recycle glass and aluminum containers in the bins provided by the city.
  11. When you cook strong odor items such as fish, bacon, curry or other items, please turn ON your fan over the cook range and open your balcony door if possible. If you don’t, the smell fills the common floor entry area and your floor neighbors would smell it; it also travels up to all your neighbors upstairs.
  12. Do not leave sink faucets open especially if there was water outage previously. You can flood your apartment and your neighbors’ and will be responsible for any damages caused to the building.
  13. Do not slam stairwell doors or let your children play there slamming the doors. It is noisy and a big wear on the building.
  14. Do not let your children press multiple buttons in the elevators please
  15. In the Garage, park in your designated spot only. Imagine how you will feel if you find someone in your spot when you are trying to park.
  16. In the Garage, don’t press the RED boxes, they are fire alarms. Only press the white square switches with green lights, they are the switches for the lights in the garage. If you press the Red box by mistake, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know which red box you pressed so we can go and rearm it. Press the red boxes only if you are truly alerting of a fire or thick smoke.
  17. Keep our buildings, pool and common areas clean. Please clean up after yourselves at all times.
  18. If you notice any issue, say something, don’t walk by. Please call Pevan at 966-92-34-07 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Remember, we don’t have paid personnel to walk around and police everything so we all have to help with maintaining our buildings and complex in good working order.
  19. Do not let your friends and others to abuse our rules as this will impact all of us when we lose that benefit.
  20. If you have suggestions for improvements or comments, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give us details on your ideas.

Pool Guidelines

  1. Do not use the pool outside of the posted hours and dates. Use the pool only during the indicated hours. If there is no lifeguard, no swimming is allowed in the pool even if the pool area is open. Please let your Renters know to follow this important rule.
  2. Do not use floatation devices in the pool.
  3. Persons with long hair have to use hair bands to restrain their hair when they enter the pool. Floating hair is not what you want to see in the pool when you get in and is bad for the pool drains and filters.
  4. Be polite and listen to the pool guards. They will inform you of the rules of the community and enforce the pool schedule so please comply when asked. The rules are there by law or rules the owners agreed on so the lifeguards are not to blame for them.

Security – to preserve your unit better and the complex:

  1. Report any issue you notice to the Administrator Pevan or someone from the Board. Please immediately call Pevan at 966-92-34-07 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give us the details.
  2. Do NOT let people in the building/complex if you are not expecting them. If you don’t know them, don’t buzz them in, don’t open the doors for them. Strange people come in trying to sell insurance, security systems, or looking for donations but in our complex solicitations are not allowed. The biggest issue is breaching our security with such a small careless act as buzzing in strangers. Don’t let the thieves or sales people waltz in by being buzzed in by the unit occupants. Just say ‘Sorry, NO’.
  3. Do not leave the complex entrance doors open for others. If you don’t know them, close the door. If they are from the complex, it is their responsibility to have a key to get in.
  4. Do not give the security code to the complex or your building to others. If they are from the complex, it is their responsibility to have keys or know the codes.
  5. Always LOCK the front door to your apartment, don’t just close it. Unless you lock the door, it is not secured. Thieves can get in under 5 seconds if it isn’t locked. Here is a # to a locksmith if you lock yourself out: 655-142211.
  6. Call Guardia Civil 062 or 965-710113 if you have an emergency.
  7. Always report an attempted robbery to the police and your insurance company. Also please notify us at email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give us details.
  8. Install a security system in your unit. Mahersol offers one as well as other companies. Ask the Board for details if interested.
  9. Buy insurance for your unit. It is fairly cheap as these are new apartments.
